“Weirder and weirder,” penned William to Jesse in another furtive note.
“I don’t think I like that teacher very much,” said Isabelle to her friends as they exited the room at the peal of the bell. Felicia and she dashed into the ladies’ room, micturated quickly, washed their hands in the filthy sink, and ran out to join their friends.
DOL 48
“I wonder if the science teacher will be any better.  We already know what the math teacher is like,” said Sam Sagacious who liked the vocabulary lesson of Ms. Grammar Grouch but loathed the way the latter had wanted to send his friend to Dean Dread.

Discuss Family/Personal Culture
What is culture?
What things or events are important for you and/or your family?
What are behaviors both important and seemingly trivial that you and/or your family does on a regular basis?
Examples range from religious practices to eating certain foods or at certain locations or times.
Discuss with parents and note down as many types of cultural behaviors that happen at a personal or family level as you can.
Document due Friday, January 6th.
